I bought 9 and got 6 units for bed bugs of the UV lights. I was wondering about how to run them.
Do I have to have one for each room or can I do one room at a time? I tried doing the chat and having a phone call, but I cannot pay for the phone call.

I used my lamp one time. And now they don't want to work.
I could hear a clicking sound, but the light won't turn on.
I follow the instructions on the owner manuel still they don't turn on. I have not wrote a review on these lights , but I will soon write one .

Received damaged package
I was asked to send a photo of the damage items I received. Got no reply after filing request including photo. Unable to reach to confirm.
Inside package contains wet sticky fluid which I assume is the whitener cleaner. This fluid has the entire contents of the package which also 2 whitening pens completely saturated.
Call ASAP please!

Destroyed my life literally. I can't go in my home.
It's been 4 weeks. I have windows and doors open, AC on, and the UVC4 is still in the air and burning my lungs, eyes, and skin, and burnt my hair! This should be illegal! Hospital visits have no idea what UVC4 is.
I have a nuclear bomb in my house now that's unlivable. The hospital looked it up; it should be illegal, and now I can't get it out of my house!

HaloUV not working
Worked perfectly first time. Only 25 minutes and was greatcould sleep and breathe and no itching fro mites.
Next day wouldnt turn on. Seemed to blow a fuse or something made a sound then nothing.

There is supposed to be a 30-day money-back guarantee when used as prescribed (apply to nails and surrounding skin 3 to 4 times daily). I have been doing this consistently for 30 days, each 'vial' lasting about a week after purchasing 7 vials.
