I placed an order on December 17th, 2024, for two Halo Swiss clean UV lamps. Initially, the company sent me a DHL tracking number which wasn't recognized.
They then sent me a USPS tracking number which stated that a shipping label had been created on December 17th and USPS was awaiting the item. After contacting them, they provided another DHL tracking number, which continued to indicate that the item was being processed. Following numerous attempts, on January 7, 2025, they informed me that the item had been lost in transit and they would send me a replacement. Now it is January 22nd, and despite multiple attempts, I still have not received anything.
They have taken $185.47 from me.
Upon calling the Swissklip phone number, it directs you to lumivyx.com to communicate with their online customer service. These three companies - SwissKlip, Swissker, and Lumivyx - sell some of the same products and use the same ineffective customer service phone number to which they do not respond.

They took an extra $173.00 unauthorized out of my account, and I have been trying to get a hold of anyone! Do not buy from them! May their scheme fall down and stay down in the name of Jesus.

I couldn't talk to anyone. Just got this email.
I want to return the product i bought from you. I have a bug problem and it took care of some of them but not all. I had to call an exterminator.

So, I bought this product after seeing AD. Cost $24 plus $10 shipping and took about a week to arrive!
The positive- smells nice! That's it! Not FDA approved.
Bottom line...Don't waste your money! That is my honest feedback, Very sad to say!

I ordered a three-pack on the 10th of March. It is now March 31st, and I have not received my product.
I called prior to see why I had not seen it; they said I had to wait till the 28th to cancel my order. I would like to cancel my order since I did not receive it.

I want a full refund for all the unopened products you sent. I only wanted 1 foam, and was sent several items, and charged for all. Please call me or send me the appropriate form for refund

I placed one order for two foaming whitening tooth cleaner. When I got my confirmation e-mail I had to orders.
I did not order the large package until I tried the smaller package to know od I wanted the larger one but I did not order the second package but I was charged for it. I tried calling --no one answered and I tried the chat--still haven't gotten a response. Then I emailed the support team and no support! This is ridiculous for customer service avenue.
If you don't contact them within an hour--you will have to pay for this accidental mistake! Terrible customer service!!!

Got an email this evening about my order being delayed for some reason order number 110**** I put it on my MasterCard it's been almost 5 days and I'm wondering when it will be delivered or if there is a problem with what I did and ordering it so that it's not going to be delivered I just need no what happened
Did not receive order
1. It has over days since I ordered the ultraviolet light.
2.
Due to the nature of my problem time is of the essences.
3. I tried to call your Customer Service number twice today. One call was dropped the other not answered.
I use smaller businesses when possible. This time delay is not working for me.
I am forced to order from the unnamed company.

Status of order
Ordered the product 02/08. Still no order/tracking number or product delivered.
When I call there number it rings.
After listening to it ring for 20 minutes, I gave up. I have disputed the purchase.
